Suena bastante literal pero sí existe esta expresión:

"diagrama de caja y bigotes
Traducción al inglés: box and whisker plot

Es una gráfica que presenta un solo eje. En este se representan cinco valores: los valores mínimo y máximo, la primera y tercera cuartila y la mediana. Del valor mínimo a la primera cuartila, Q1, se observa aproximadamente el 25% de los datos. De Q1 a la mediana se observa la misma cantidad y así sucesivamente. Este diagrama permite ver algunas características generales de la distribución, tal como simetría y dispersión."
