Explanation:
Según tu link, se trata de un sistema de cálculo utilizando 10 x 10 casillas. No sé si hay una forma estándar de decirlo en español, pero ésta es una sugerencia. Espero te ayude.

Creo que la 5ª acepción de casilla en el DRAE corresponde a square en este contexto:

Cassilla 5. f. Cada una de las divisiones del papel rayado verticalmente o en cuadrículas, en que se anotan separados y en orden guarismos u otros datos.
