Journaling is a written record of personal observations and experiences. Some people also refer to it as a keeping a diary. It is a good way to share experiences with your child.To encourage your child to Journal, you should do it too. Think of it a talking to your child through writing. It’s like writing a letter.Write about what you did in your day. Ask your child about his/her day. Other topics can include things like:Planning your weekend.What your child did or didn’t like about dinner.What happened in school that day?What are your plans for an upcoming holiday or vacation? What your thoughts are about family and friends.
