"A goal of RBC is to use language that makes clear to all readers, whether anticipated or unanticipated, exactly what information you wish to convey" It mskes reference to anticipated or unanticipated readers but I don´t find an equivalent.

perdón, "inesperada". I understand that "anticipated" refers to information. If you think it`s "anticipated readers", then translation should be "previstos/esperados" o "imprevistos/inesperados".

Ironically for text that is communicating information about a reading program characterized by its clarity, the language here is very murky. It seems to me that the intended distinction is between readers with a familiarity with the material in question, and those without such familiarity.
