English term or phrase: non/poor attendance
I am worried about your child's non-attendance to school, she has a very, very poor attendance, and needs to show an improved level of attendance.

Could you please help me with non-attendance, poor attendance and improved level of attendance.
I hope I am not asking too much.
Thank you.

*an improved level of attendance = asistir más a clase / faltar menos

Falta muchísimo (very, very poor attendance) a la escuela y ...
Hope it helps!!!
