This is the name of a reading program in Nebraska.

BTW Scales refers to the scales on a fish, not the scales on weigh scale.

Please also keep in mind the play on words. Notice te rhymes with paws and claws and rhyme with scales and tales. I know this might not be possible in Spanish, but what suggestions do you have?

Si es para un juego de niños, tienes una rima asonante (no consonante), pero considérala.

Explanation:
creo que usar 4 palabras que empiezan con p da un efecto aliterado que compensa la rima y me gusta la ambigüedad de "plumas" (las de volar y las de escribir); da pie a usar un dibujo (con un tintero x ejemplo)
