agree  Roger Parks: A mi parecer, "permitir un margen de error" es lo que se hace antes de llevar algo a cabo; "considerar el margen de error" es lo que se hace al interpetar datos, resulatdos, etc. La expresión inglesa se emplea en los dos sentidos.
