agree  María Eugenia Wachtendorff: Yo diría "la declinación de las calificaciones", sólo porque me parece más universal que "desplome" :)

  -> Sí, puede ser, aunque en Mexico ·declinación también significa "renuncia". Prefiero conservar "resultados" pues no se habla específicamente de sus calificaciones. Se habla de sus resultados en una serie de exámenes. Saludos M Eugenia.

desplome me parece muy radical para "drop", a menos que en otro sitio se indique que el porcentaje de disminución sea de 90% o algo así, que consideraría un desplome
