Bueno, no estoy muy segura, pero a nivel universitario, en España, se llama "Campus virtual". No sé si es lo que buscas, pero coincide con tu descripción de "blackboard website".
Personalmente, nunca he escuchado hablar de los "sitios Blackboard" en España.

he visto además que se puede usar Tablero virtual, de anuncios , claro; pero pudiera confundirse con los tableros virtuales de juego(ajedrez). Por eso me parece más exacto y menos literal el "tablón".
