En realidad no es exactamente lo mismo: el test de "grammatical completion", o sea, de completar frases, como bien indica Alan, sería un subtest dentro del test de comprensión gramatical, según lo que he visto en los enlaces que te dejo abajo.

No sé... otra posibilidad podría ser algo como "Comprensión gramatical, test de completar frases: ) o similar...
