Hola Vero,
No es para nada literal ya que "retreat" de entrada es "retiro" pero ya que me parece que estás traduciendo nombres de actividades para estudiantes, quizás podrías poner algo como la opción que ofrezco arriba, de manera que suene atractiva.
Sólo una idea, seguro que hay más.
