English to Spanish translations [PRO] Education / Pedagogy | | English term or phrase: gear up program | The phrase goes: "your child is a participant in the GEAR UP program at his or her school"
I thought of 'programa de adaptación' as a possible translation but there might be a better option. |
| | | programa de preparación | Explanation: gear up
v : make ready or suitable in advance for a particular purpose or for some use, event, etc; "get the children ready for school!"; "prepare for war" [syn: prepare, set up, ready, set]
