English term or phrase: lap sit

I'm translating a bookmark with schedules of story times for children. They also have another story time that they call lap sit which is for smaller children ages birth to 3. One is called story time. The other is called lap sit.

How can I differentiate between the two activities in Spanish.

cuentos de regazo/para oir en el regazo/para oir en brazos

Explanation:
The last option is just an idea - since kids are younger and normally you'd sit them on your lap when you tell them these stories or hold them in your arms, perhaps.../
