me parece que agregandole la palabra "tareas" o "quehaceres" quedaria mas natural y se entiende un oquito mejor..o tal vez yo entendi mal el significado.

Estoy segura de que se trata de cosas como lavarse, peinarse, ir al lavabo, vestirse, comer, mantenerse aseada, abrocharse la ropa y los zapatos, ir a hacer la compra, contestar al teléfono .... He trabajado durante aNos con niNos ciegos y ninos invAldios. Los profesores -yo era una- redactan unos informes especificando toda una serie de detalles como la habilidad en las actividades que acabo de decirte.

My answer is valid if the impaired student is no older than a teen ager. Anyway usually this kind of report concerns very young students only.

La verdad no. Porque sigo pensando (por haber trabajado en el campo no como traductora sino como profesora con niños discapacitados) que home living skills indica lo que saben hacer en casa. Pero la traducción no la firmo yo ... :)

Asker: acá me en realidad no es exactamente lo mismo, pero en este contexto es más aptitudes porque son chicos con discapacidades que tienen que lograr aprender ciertas tareas para poder desenvolverse luego de terminar la secundaria, espero haber aclarado tu duda.
