A portfolio will be required of all students. Each student is responsible to establish, maintain, and update his/her own physical education portfolio. This portfolio will be collected, reviewed, and evaluated by the instructor during the last week of each grading period.
Participation Points are front-loaded at the beginning of each unit. Reasons for losing points from Participation Portion of Grade:
(1) Any excused absence = -3 (2) 1st unexcused tardy = -3
2nd unexcused tardy = -4
3rd + unexcused tardy= -5 (3) Non-participation/disruptive behavior = -1 to -5
(4) Class cut = -15 (5) Partial clothes cut = -3 (6) Clothes cut/ non-suit = -10

Me costó un poco acordarme, hace tanto tiempo, pero...

Explanation:
Encontré que 'PE' es la abreviatura de 'physical education'. Se me ocurre que quizás se refiere a cualquier accidente o enfrentamiento que dé como resultado la rotura de la ropa de los alumnos.
De todas maneras, 'clothes' se usa con el verbo 'tear'.

Es simplemente una idea.

Por lo que entiendo, se refiere a que corten o rompan la ropa (¿uniforme ?) de educación física.

por mi experiencia con el reglamento de un colegio donde no hay uniforme, pero sí "dress code".

Ya ves que ahora les gusta a las niñas traer la camiseta cortita para enseñar el ombligo y a los niños las mangas todas arrancadas...

una falta de disciplina sería eso, cortarse la ropa de educación física

Después de leer arriba la explicación de Silviantonia, definitivamente retiro mi respuesta.

Se refiere a no traer el uniforme de educación física. Hay que encontrar una frase corta como la original.
