This term occcurs in a document on the use of technology by school teachers, in a list of several ways they might use computers in their work:

CONTEXT : "Utilizan software de productividad para elaborar material administrativo relacionado con su función docente (cartas a apoderados, informes de notas, ***actas de notas***, planificaciones, trípticos, afiches, etc.)."

So whats the difference between "informes de notas" and "actas de notas"? Isn't that the same thing?

Claudia Aguero: Exactamente, al alumno se le entrega un informe individual y al centro educativo otro documento oficial con la lisa de todos los alumnos matriculados en el curso. En mi caso, debo entregar dos a la Universidad: la lista de notas y el desglose de ellas.
