Explanation:
Personalmente, creo que no es necesario incluir "y del lenguaje", no obstante, tampoco quedaría mal:

"Trastornos del habla y del lenguaje"

En todo caso, creo que la construcción más adecuada es "del habla" y no "en el habla" (sólo hay que ver el número de referencias en Google)
