"In his official capacity to demand collateral security or to grant total or partial discharge thereof; to grant WAIVER OF DEFAULT, vacate writs of seizure and remove other impediments; to grant discharge and agree to release all claims of collateral security and annotations of collateral, with our without renouncement of ownership rights; to abandon legal proceedings and means of enforcement; to be performed even without payment of additional fees; to demand waiver of ranking claim and to assert an equal ranking claim."

Mi duda es con respecto a WAIVER OF DEFAULT, ya que en entradas de proz de otros idiomas he encontrado que podría no ser "renuncia" (por waiver) sino "tolerancia a" y quisiera saber si alguien me puede ayudar con el término completo.

Yo no he encontrado ningún caso en el que "waiver" signifique "tolerancia a".

Según el diccionario de términos jurídicos de B. Hughes y E. Alcaraz:

waiver: renunciar a, ceder, inhibirse, no hacer uso de, dispensar, pasar por alto, no tomar en consideración, suspender. (En derecho general).
