los objetivos mínimos apuntan/se focalizan/están pensados en función de aquellos con menor rendimien Explanation: rendimiento (escolar) Entiendo que "bite" está usado en un sentido metafórico de "grab, seize, grip" un sector específico del alumnado. Creo que la frase sí tiene sentido al asociar "low performers" con los alumnos y no con las instituciones. Dependerá del contexto más amplio. The proposed lists should have a tighter focus, and a greater connection to what the strategy is actually trying to achieve by ensuring that SD indicators and targets ‘bite’ on key public sector, private sector and household consumers and therefore adds value.
