English to Spanish translations [PRO] Social Sciences - Education / Pedagogy | | English term or phrase: Little Lake City School District | Hi everyone!
I'm having difficulty understanding this name. It's a school district in Los Angeles County, CA.
The thing is that "Little Lake" is not a city. So it couldn't be paraphrased as "the school district of the city of Little lake".
Actually, "little lake" is in Santa Fe Springs, which is a city indeed.
The name of the district is not "little lake city" as it is because on their website "little lake" is used on its own.
So, how do I translate "city" in this case? Is "city" an adjective modifying "school district"? How so?
Please can somebody help me? I've already read all the information on their website and could not find a clue. I've searched maps but I can't find an answer either.
Any information that can help me will be really really appreciated!
Thank you very much to you all!!! |
