Si miras en el enlace en donde habla de como le otorgan la calificación al estudiante, lo primero que dice si el proyecto está fatal es que no se podrá graduar con honores.

Según dic. Babylon y Oxford Parece más bien el proyecto que hay que entregar para obtener la diplomatura o licenciatura en determinadas carreras que además debes tener un profesor como director del proyecto
