Art/Literary - Education / Pedagogy | | English term or phrase: Outburst | Estoy traduciendo las notas de un curso que unos maestros/as de Canada impartirán a maestros de República Dominicana y aparece lo siguiente en una lista de juegos:
“Outburst” – the teacher selects a topic, and writes down 10 words related to that topic, without showing the students.
The students are told the topic and have 1-2 minutes to work together to write down as many words that they can think of that relate to that topic. The goal is to get as many of the pre-selected teacher words as possible. This can also be played in partners.
Example topic: Insects
Teacher selected words: butterfly, life cycle, ant, metamorphosis, legs….
