Details
The Details section displays the selected student’s personal details. This includes the
student’s ID, YIS, last name, first name, middle name, address, phone no., gender, birth
date, homeroom, and counselor.
If the current course does not have Assignment records associated with it for the grading
period, then the Gradebook Details page only displays a list of enrolled students and
student information such as Student Name, Student ID, and YIS. To be able to input and
manage scores or points, assignment record must be added through the Assignments
Edit page by clicking the New Assignment or Manage Assignments button. Please refer
to Chapter IX for details on adding Assignments.
