See below Explanation: At San Jose Unified School District, in California, where I work, the word "remedial" is translated as "compensatorio" or "correctivo". For example: "Remedial Support" is "Apoyo compensatorio o correctivo", "Remedial Reading" is "Lectura compensatoria o correctiva". My suggestion for "Test Remediation" would be "Compensación o corrección mediante exámenes."
