Por lo que entiendo, son movimientos que se hacen con manos y brazos como si trazaras la figura de las letras W y M y el número 8 en el aire. Lo usan los maestros con los chavitos preescolares y también usan estos ejercicios con personas de edad avanzada para dar más coordinación en sus movimientos e incluso para ayudar en la lectura y otras actividades del intelecto.

Start at the midline and move anti-clockwise up, over and around, back to the midpoint. Then move clockwise down, over, around, and back to the midpoint. As your eyes follow the Lazy 8, keep your head still and the neck relaxed. Do it three times with each hand, then try doing it using both hands."

Rn aviacion se le llama asi, es un ocho como dicen arriba acostado y plegado unos 30 por el centro, yo soy intructor tambien y nunca hago ese movimiento con las manos ano se que este enseñando u lazy 8(alomejor deberia :))
