Explanation:
Es el examen tipo test en el que suele haber varias opciones (a, b, c) y tienes que elegir la repuesta correcta

También se me ocurre que se podría decir "examen final tipo test"

neutral  Teri O: en este caso me parece mas apropiado el término "opción múltiple" en lugar de " elección múltiple"

  -> ok, sí, porque analizándolo bien, son las opciones las que son múltiples, en principio elección sólo hay 1 (preferiblemente la correcta, jeje). Gracias!

Por aquí, esta modalidad no se traduce. Se usa directamente 'multiple choice'. Pero si tienes que traducirlo, te sugiero esta opción.
