I am translating a letter from a lawyer's firm and found:
"TERMINATION OF THE FIRM BY THE CLIENT: The client shall have the right to terminate and discharge the Firm..."
I think: "DESPIDO DE LA FIRMA POR PARTE DEL CLIENTE: El cliente puede despedir y dar de alta a la firma..."
PREGUTAS:
Puede un individuo "despedir" una firma?
es "dar de alta" adecuado para este contexto o es solo para contexto medico? que otro termino se podria usar entonces en lugar de "discharge"?
