Explanation:
Pienso que project no hace referencia a proyecto, sino a proyección de algún vídeo. Parece que los estudiantes hacen presentaciones de sus trabajos y podría ser que también se usen las "nuevas tecnologías" y se expongan en clase grabaciones para luego ser analizadas y valoradas.
Una traducción más literal más sería: valoración de entrevistas proyectadas
