Disculpas, escribí "docente" o "psicólogo", pero (siendo un transcript de high school) tal vez se trate de un bachillerato con orientación pedagógica, o en psicología, o algo así.

I think I got it Tribal Leader Council. There are youth branches of this council in several states. There is a document from Washington state on this at their board of education portal but I get the message that I am not authorized. I guess must be an internal memo or report. In any case I hope this is useful
