un máster en sistemas económicos de ingeniería, pero no estoy seguro.

La materia que se estudia es "Ingeniería económica", ver primer enlace web. Y del segundo enlace es el texto siguiente:
"La ingeniería económica es la disciplina que se preocupa de los aspectos económicos de la ingeniería."
Puedes elegir igualmente "máster" o "maestría". De la RAE:
máster.
(Del ingl. master, y este del lat. magister, maestro).
