English to Spanish translations [PRO]
Education / Pedagogy | | English term or phrase: ministry-minus-one | This is part of the guidelines for the facilitator of a course on Climate Change. The text was written in English by Dutch trainers, so I'm not sure if this is an expression that got "lost in translation":
In addition one has to take into account the learning styles of group. A “ministry-minus-one” group is probably not used to role plays. So rather show a video when you want to convince them |

Just an idea, but I think they may be suggesting that the group is almost ministerial in level, so that as important officials it would be hard to persuade them to enter into role-playing. Hope it helps! |
