"Teacher's aides, also known as teacher's assistants, help primary school teachers with classroom duties. They provide clerical and instructional support to students in the classroom, freeing the teacher to create lesson plans and complete other tasks. Teacher's aides also help supervise children outside the classroom, such as in the cafeteria and on the playground."
