Contexto:
"The lockdown drill will allow us to practice creating a safe and secure environment for students and staff during an emergency. ***You can expect to hear*** a Lockdown Drill Announcement made over the Campus Emergency Voice Communications System."

Por cierto, si el mensaje está dirigido a todos los alumnos, debería estar en plural: "oigan". Es más, quizás ni siquiera haga falta decir "Seguramente/es probable/probablemente, etc. Lo más natural sería: "Oirán un anuncio...".
