Se trata del título de un programa de asistencia domiciliaria.
No sé si debo evitar expresiones tipo "gracias a Dios.." Por un lado quiero evitar matices religiosos, pero quiero ser fiel al texto...y estoy un poco confusa.

He pensado en expresiones tipo "afortunadamente", "por suerte", "por fortuna"...

Me gustaría mucho saber vuestra opinión.

Without more context I can't be sure. I like your idea of avoiding religious vocabulary. If the programme states that more than one assistant will be attending each home, you may want to change it to vecinos. Good luck
