Mil gracias

Once you receive the enrollment packet, you will need to fill it out completely, get the goldenrod sheet notarized (this can be done at SLLIS), bring in your child’s birth certificate, immunization records and 2 proofs of residency (electric bill, water bill, etc.).

"Goldenrod sheet: an opaque yellow paper used to block actinic light in non-print areas for lithography. See masking."

neutral  Henry Hinds: Interesting answer, and it checks out. However, since this is directed to the general public, might it not be just "hoja dorada"?

Example sentence(s):
  • TALLAHASSEE COMMUNITY COLLEGE PROPOSAL APPROVAL FORM (GOLDENROD FORM)
  • Proposal Approval Sheet (aka "Goldenrod")
