Creo que "Central" debe ir con mayúscula, y que se refiere al nombre de la escuela de cine. No daré más detalles, por si hay cuestiones de confidencialidad, pero encuentro la frase citada textualmente en una página web, escrita así: "100% Guaranteed Feature Film work for Central graduates".

"Graduates", en este caso, sería "diplomados" en España. En Latinoamérica creo que podrían llamarse "egresados".
