English to Spanish translations [PRO]

¿es lo mismo Registrar and Secretary? estoy traduciendo un título universitario y lo firma el "Registrar and Secretary". He buscado y he encontrado que ambos cargos corresponderían con Secretario, pero al hacer la traducción en español no sé si debería poner dos términos o con poner secretario bastaría. ¿Qué opinais?
