English term or phrase: Making our best BETTER!
This is a slogan for an elementary school in the U.S., which has a lot of Hispanic students, mostly from Mexico, but also from Spanish-speaking countries around the world.

Obviously, one cannot do better than his best, so he has to increase his idea of what his best is so that he may make efforts to attain it. How about something like:

Aumentando nuestro alcance, Rindiendo más de lo que pensábamos, Aumentando nuestra visión, Mirando más arriba, Mirando arriba para alcanzar más
