Hola.
El título de "Master" guarda similitud con el de Licenciado, aunque no existe una correpondencia exacta.
"Arts" indica que es una carrera de Letras, no de Ciencias.
Se suele dejar el título en inglés:

"UP - Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias Sociales -
**Master of Arts** en Sociología, Harvard University. ... Dr. Roberto
Franchi Doctor en Psicología (UK) Licenciado en psicología (UBA ...".
