agree  Valentín Hernández Lima: "Dystocia" se opone a "eutocia" y se refiere a la dificultad del parto debido a varios factores. También "foetal dystocia: Dystocia caused by the foetus due to its size" o "cervical dystocia: Dystocia caused by mechanical obstruction at the cervix".
