It enables students to undertake concurrently the Bachelor of Science (Environmental Management) degree from Monash University and the Diploma of Natural Resource Management from various TAFE institutes including East Gippsland, Chisholm and Northern Melbourne institutes of TAFE.
This cross-sectorial course (commonly referred to as a double-award course) provides students with the opportunity to combine the applied ‘hands on’, vocational, and practical aspects of TAFE with the more theoretical, discipline-based courses available from the university.
