Se trata de un certificado expedido por una academia de inglés. Al lado del nombre y la firma del director del centro aparecen esas abreviaturas.
Alguien sabe qué quieren decir exactamente? Creo que
(BA Hons) quiere decir licenciado con matricula de honor aunque no estoy seguro, porque las diferencias entre el sistema universitario español y el inglés son considerables...

M.Inst. M = Member of Institute of M ? (Podría ser "medicine", aunque no tiene mucho sentido si no es licenciado en medicina y sin más contexto no puedo asegurarlo)
