"By November, when provided with an organizer, Juan will write an 8-10 sentence paragraph using clear and coherent sentences, scoring at least a 2 on a **writing rubric*** in 4/5 trials."

And then, in the check box marked Methods of Evaluation, it says "Teacher's Rubric".

I'm not entirely sure that's even what it says, since this is a handwritten page.

Context: Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD)'s Individualized Education Program (IEP) forms (progress reports and so on).
