Se trata de un informe del Programa de Educación Individualizado (IEP) del Distrito Escolar Unificado de Los Ángeles (LAUSD).
Encontré que Talking Typer es un programa (software) de capacitación para enseñar a usar el teclado de la computadora.
En relación con mi pregunta anterior, http://www.proz.com/kudoz/824722, si "home row" se refiere a la fila central de teclas (A, S, D, F, etc.)., "upper and lower reaches" se refiere a las filas superior e inferior? ¿Hay alguna traducción aceptada?
