Yo creo que en español lo equivalente es Secretaría, si quieres añadir lo de 'academica' es posible.

Ps: Nunca he visto ni oido eso de \'Registro de Titulos\', que yo sepa la secretaria es donde se hacen todo este tipo de gestiones.
