se me ocurre "de cerca" como una manera elegante de decir "a nivel micro". Decide el contexto. En cuanto a "managed" puede ser tantas cosas: controlados, dirigidos, ¿administrados?...

En cuanto al \"fueron\" o \"eran\", depende de si lo enuncia como un proceso terminado o simplemente describe un proceso en el pasado (por las dudas te digo, no sé cuál es tu lengua materna)
