disagree  marybro: this is "undergraduate", i.e. an undergraduate student....the degree means licenciatura, at least in the U.S....mis hijos son estudiantes universitarios acá en Missouri

Otra sugerencia...
Como se trata de un formulario, lo que se busca es que la persona coloque el nombre del titulo que obtuvo en la Universidad. Un ejemplo:
Undergraduate Degree: BA in Modern Languages.
Me parece que es una buena manera de evitar todas las confusiones!
