You can set layout on this menu.

1 Press Menu, and then press ∧ or ∨ button until the “SETUP” menu appears,
then press Enter button.
2 Press ∧ or ∨ button to highlight “Layout” item, then press ＞ or Enter button.
3 Press ＜ or ＞ button to select “FULL SCREEN”, “PIP”, or “SIDE BY SIDE”.
4 When in PIP mode, you can adjust “PIP Size”, “H-Position”, “V-Position” or “Alpha Blend”.

Note: You can adjust each values of these item and it will be saved automatically.

5 Press Exit button to return and exit OSD menu."

transparencia (alpha blend)

Explanation:
The "alpha channel" in computer graphics refers to a forth channel in the image (with the primary colors Red Green and Blue being the first three). The alpha channel is also called the key channel sometimes, and simply defines the areas of the foreground image that are to be made partially transparent. If you look at the alpha channel itself, it is simply a grey-scale image, where the various shades of grey define how transparent the foreground image is supposed to be for each pixel.

So I'd just call it "transparencia (alpha blend)".
