I can't make any sense of 'dual voltage' in this sentence. Here's my attempt:
La refrigeración (incluyendo la máquina de hacer hielo) está controlada en doble voltaje por los interruptores 'REFRIGERATION' del menú 'AC and DC REMOTE POWER DISTRIBUTION'
