I've been loosing sleep over this question for over a week now :(
It's just an idea, but seeing '3Dnge' as an obvious typo (or OCR error or misguided search/replace operation) where it should 'RAnge', the same error in '3D com' might just conceivably be a reference to RA COM (usually without a space) which is fairly common abbreviation for 'radio-communications'.
I think this makes more sense than '3D com(patible)/(munication)', which cannot said of (current generations of) Bravia TV sets. But those TV sets most certainly are radiocommunication devices. |
